Norwegian Hull Club (NHC) is a Marine and Energy mutual insurer which offers Charterers Liability cover. From 1 January 2017 it has increased its offering for limits of liability up to USD 1 billion.
The vast majority of Norwegian Hull Club’s charterer insureds originate from Europe and Asia Pacific, accounting for 83% of its chartered book.
Insuring 6,800 vessels, Charterers Liability premium income has increased marginally to USD 8.6 million.
From 1 January 2017 NHC has offered limits of liability up to USD 1 billion.
